Event Name: The Witching Hour Ball
Description: A Halloween costume party fundraiser for Bismarck Art & Galleries Association. Prizes for best costume, cash bar, food and live music. Tickets are $30.00/baga member; $35.00/non BAGA member; and $65.00/per non-BAGA member couple. Tickets go on sale on Oct. 4 and must be purchased in advance. Contact BAGA to purchase tickets for the Witching Hour Ball and for information on the pumpkin carving contest.
